Are your products tested?
Yes. Every single batch of our compounds undergoes rigorous independent testing via HPLC and MS to confirm identity and a minimum purity level. We never release a batch that does not meet our strict quality criteria.
How do I find a certificate of analysis?
All Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published publicly on our site and are also linked directly within your customer dashboard. You can easily view or download the third-party testing documentation for your specific lot number at any time.
How should I store the compounds?
All of our research products are lyophilized for optimal stability. For long-term preservation, we recommend storing the sealed vials in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably inside a laboratory refrigerator or freezer between -20°C and 4°C.
How fast do orders ship?
We prioritize prompt fulfillment. Orders are successfully packed, sealed, and handed over to our shipping carriers either the same or the next business day (excluding Sundays and official holidays).
Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. We understand the value of confidentiality. All shipments are packaged securely in unbranded, plain outer mailers. There is no mention of “The Evo Protocol,” peptides, or research chemicals on the exterior of the box.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we support large-scale institutional orders and bulk buyers. Wholesale tiered pricing begins at a minimum order volume of 10 units. You can apply directly through our Wholesale page to set up a managed volume account.
Can these be used in humans or animals?
No. All products provided by The Evo Protocol are strictly intended for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes only. Under no circumstances should these compounds be used for human consumption, veterinary treatment, or any form of clinical application.
What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive chemical and scientific nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been dispatched. This policy ensures the absolute purity and chain of custody for every product we supply. If there is a physical defect or an issue with your tracking, please reach out to our support team immediately.
